Crush Studio is a comfortable room on Ditmars Blvd where people come in, sit down, and get it done. There is good hair happening and good conversation going. Some people talk the whole way through. Some people close their eyes and let it be quiet. Both are welcome here.
We opened these doors in 2017 and we have been part of this block ever since. We cut, color, and style hair for the whole neighborhood, and we mean the whole neighborhood. Every hair type, every age, every walk of life. Come as you are.

Chris Brescia grew up in the East Bronx and spent 16 years behind the chair in some of the best rooms in Manhattan. He learned the craft from the shampoo bowl up. Then he came home to Astoria and built the salon he wanted to work in.
We are part of Astoria, not just a shop on the block. We give to local schools and donate to causes around the neighborhood. It is not a marketing line. These are our neighbors, and their kids sit in our chairs.
When the neighborhood does well, we do well. That has been true since 2017.
