In 2001 , Chris began as an apprentice at the flagship Frederic Fekkai Salon located in the iconic Chanel building on 57th and Madison. After graduating from years of vigorous training, Chris began working behind the chair at Salons AKS and Pierre Michel before settling in as one of the top stylists at the Warren Tricomi salon on Madison Ave. It did not take long to be recruited for the opening of Vu Hair in the Peninsula Hotel. Next stop was in soho spearheading a new team with Marie Lou & D, as head stylist. All Chris’s Manhattan experiences gave him the knowledge and confidence to chase his dream of ownership. It was now time to build his dream salon in his newly adopted community of Astoria. He is now the proud owner and founder of Crush Studio on Ditmars Blvd. He’s never been happier to be home!!
